I started at Betamindes Care in August this year, but I’ve been working in the care sector for 35 years. Over that time, I’ve built up a wealth of experience, particularly in dementia care and palliative care. A role that I have been honored to be a part of for many years. Alongside this, I’m also a qualified hairdresser.For me, care has never been just a job. I love making a difference and enabling people to smile through the work we do. I’m a real team player and I’m always on hand to help and support others whenever I can. Training in all areas of care has always been important to me it isn’t just part of the role it’s something I truly dedicate myself to.Joining Betamindes felt like stepping into a family. We work hard, we laugh, and we support one another. Our work will always make a difference and that’s what makes it so special. It doesn’t feel like “work” it’s so much more, something that truly warms my heart, and I feel privileged to be a part of.
