From starting out as a Care Assistant to becoming Operations Manager at Betamindes Care Services, I’ve always believed that everyone deserves to live with dignity and independence.I lead our team with a commitment to person-centred care, empowering staff to deliver services that truly make a difference. I’m passionate about building strong relationships.
